Our advice is completely confidential and totally impartial. Whether you have a clear career plan mapped out or absolutely no idea where to go after university, we’ll help you to consider the different opportunities and options open to you.
- We can offer feedback on your applications, LinkedIn profile and we offer practice interviews.
- We understand that many engineering students hope to work in engineering and we want to support you to achieve this goal.
- Equally, we are happy to discuss non-engineering jobs and careers with you.
- If you are thinking of leaving your degree early (e.g. in order to change degree subject/School, change university or simply because of circumstances) we are happy to support you with this too,

Speak to a careers consultant: booked appointments
Booked appointments are available via MyCareerHub. The following types are available to you:
- Standard appointments (30 mins) – to discuss anything relating to your career. These can be booked 48 hours in advance. You may have 1 appointment in a 14-day period.
- School appointments (15 mins) – only open to Engineering students, also to discuss anything relating to your career. These are bookable on the day.
- Practice interviews (45 minutes) – These can be booked up to 21 days in advance days in advance. You may have two practice interviews/year.
